🛠 Steps to Run an Interview

1. Preparation

(15–30 min before)

• Open the Candidate page in the Recruitment Hub.
• Review:
  • Candidate CV and application form
  • Interview Kit for your stage (Phone, Skills, Behavioral, Final)
  • Success criteria from the Job Kickoff Form
• Prepare your questions (stick to the kit, but feel free to probe deeper).

💡 Tip: Write down the competencies you’re evaluating so you stay focused.

2. Introduction (5 min)

• Start on time.
• Greet the candidate warmly (set a relaxed tone).
• Explain what will happen in this interview:
  • “We’ll spend about 45 minutes together.”
  • “I’ll ask you some questions based on real situations.”
  • “At the end, I’ll leave time for your questions.”
